Tylegarw, The Riddings, Defynnog, Brecon LD3 8SP

From London take the M4 west. Cross the Severn Bridge heading for Cardiff and turn off at Junction 32 (Caerphilly).Take the A470 towards Brecon and after approximately 30 miles you will enter the Brecon Beacons National Park. A further 10 miles or so and look out for the A4215 on the left after a long straight stretch of road and some 5 miles before Brecon itself. Follow the A4215 for 4 miles and at the bottom of a steep hill you will see a sign for 'Tylegarw 'on the left. Our driveway is immediately on the right as you turn in at that junction. The journey from Heathrow should take approximately 3 hours and involves only 3 turnings!
From the West Country and the South make your way to the Severn Bridge and then follow the instructions above.
From The Midlands and the North take the M6 - M5. Leave the M5 at junction 8 and join the M50. At the end of the M50 (Ross-on-Wye) take the A40 Monmouth / Abergavenny / Brecon. Using the Brecon by-pass, take the A470 (Cardiff). After approximately 4 miles on this road you will see the A4215 on the right. Take this turn and then follow the instructions above.
From North Wales make your way to Brecon and then follow the instructions above.
From West Wales head for Llandovery and take the A40 to Sennybridge. On leaving Sennybridge turn right onto the A4067 (Swansea) and after approximately 1 mile - just after the road descends - turn left onto the A4215 Cardiff (if you pass The Tanners Arms public house you have missed the turning by 100 meters). After 1 mile the sign for 'Tylegarw' will be seen on your right at a junction marked 'Heol Senni' just as you are about to climb a long, steep hill.
From Swansea head for Brecon on the A4067. At Defynnog look out for The Tanner's Arms on your right and after 100 metres take the right hand turn on the A4215 for Cardiff. After 1 mile you will see the sign for 'Tylegarw' on your right at the junction marked for 'Heol Senni'.
